    Excusemybonbon.com sells products to private persons over 18 in Finland and EU -countries. The prices are given in euros and include the value added tax. We retain the right to change prices and delivery costs. By using the services of the excusemybonbon.com online store, by buying products from the excusemybonbon.com online store and by registering as a customer of the excusemybonbon.com online store, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of this contract and commits to following them.

    ORDERING PROCESS

    The customer agrees to the current terms and conditions relating to ordering and delivery when ever they place an order.

    The products are ordered from the home page of the online store (www.excusemybonbon.com) by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart using the cashier service. The price includes the country specific delivery cost for each item.

    All orders are verified by email, which includes the price of the order, delivery costs and a list of the items purchased. It is necessary to include an email address while placing the order so that the verification email can be sent. Once the order is being handled/has been sent, you will be sent a notification via email or text message.

    PAYMENT

    Products and their delivery are paid while ordering. The online store accepts most common credits cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard) as well as Paypal or Paytrail payments or Collector Lasku / Osamaksu (this is available only in Finland).

    Collector Invoice / Installment Payment

    You can pay your purchases up to 5000€ with the help of Collector Invoice / Part Payment.Collector Invoice offers you always 45 interest-free* payment days. (*Payment time interest is 0%, notification fee 2,95€ will be added to the first invoice.)

    You can pay the whole invoice by the due date or alternatively choose to pay in 1-36 monthly payments.

    The Part Payment plan starts automatically if you pay the lowest amount of the month, which is marked on your invoice. If you wish,you can also pay bigger part payment amounts or pay off the whole amount of the invoice.

    The monthly interest is 1,6 % per month, which equals in the nominal annual interest of 19,20 %. A notification fee 2,95€ will be added to the invoice monthly, whereupon the real annual interest calculated for a purchase of 1000€ is 21,3 %.

    When you choose the Collector Invoice / Part Payment you receive your goods before you pay for them. This makes product exchanges and returns safer and more flexible.

    The Collector Invoice / Part Payment is available for a person who is at least 18 years of age and has an immaculate credit rating. We will carry out a credit rating check along the order. Late payments and unpaid invoices will be charged with a reminder fee 5€ and the monthly interest rate 1,6 % for the delayed time.

    In order to pay the invoice in installments and sign a credit agreement, you must pay the minimum amount by the due date and sign the credit agreement with Collector Bank. Please see (oma.collector.fi) on how to sign the agreement.

    SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    Our goal is to deliver the order within 2-5 working days of the online store excusemybonbon.com receiving it. After receiving an order, the online store excusemybonbon.com will send the customer an email confirmation of the order without delay, where the customer can check the order information. In case of problems, the customer can contact the online store via email info@excusemybonbon.com We will notify the customer of possible delays separately.

    The deliveries are made by our business partners Posti, Matkahuolto and DHL.

    The customer may choose the most suitable Posti delivery point while ordering. Posti will keep the parcel for two weeks, after which time the parcels that have not been picked up will be returned to Excuse My Bonbon Oy. If for some reason the customer is unable to pick up the parcel, please notify us of the reason via email: info@excusemybonbon.com

    Matkahuolto’s Parcel Services delivers parcels close to home. There are 1,200 Matkahuolto Service Points across Finland: Matkahuolto's own offices, Matkahuolto Agents and Matkahuolto Pick-up Points (K-Markets, certain R-Kioskis, Tokmannis and various other companies).

    Excusemybonbon.com takes no responsibility for force majeure circumstances that delay deliveries or any damages caused by a delayed delivery.

    COLLECTING AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

    The customers' information is saved in the customer register of the online store excusemybonbon.com and will be used to maintain and manage customer relationships.

    It is also possible to make orders without registering information. Registering a customer account does not obligate the customer in any way. The customer can register an account with us, in which case they may receive a newsletter from the online store excusemybonbon.com via email if they wish.

    The registering takes place by clicking on “Register” on the home page. The customer will include their name and other information (address, phone number, email). At the same time they agree to allowing the online store excusemybonbon.com to register their information in their customer register, the information in which will be used to maintain and manage customer relationships.     DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

    The customer has the right to have any disputes relating to this agreement settled by the Consumer Complaint Committee. The customer may raise a complaint relating to disputes from this debt relationship against Excuse My BonBon Oy either in the District Court of the home location of Excuse My BonBon Oy or in the District Court of the commune in Finland under the jurisdiction of which the customer’s home is located. It the customer does not reside in Finland, the dispute will be settled in the District Court of the home location of Excuse My BonBon Oy.

    Attorney expenses will not be covered as the Kuluttajaneuvonta and consumer dispute committee in Finland offers free help for dispute settlement.
